You will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing key client accounts. Are you enthusiastic about leveraging your deep understanding of SaaS products? professional communication with decision-makers from the industrial environment is part of your daily business
provide high-quality, solution-oriented support of our existing customers
responsible for identifying and developing new customer leads and submitting offers
creation and implementation of company and product presentations, sales negotiations as well as participation in customer events and trade fairs are the basis of your success
build long-term relationships through your interest in truly understanding the needs of customers and offering appropriate solutions
contribution supports our sustainable and international growth path

relevant experience in the sales of digital solutions and B2B software as a service models in the start-up / scale-up environment
high level of customer and service orientation as well as persuasiveness
great interest in tech topics coupled with economic understanding set you apart
open, focused and goal-oriented personality, you actively contribute to the team
play a key role in shaping craftworks’ success story and continuously develop yourself
very good knowledge of German and English
