Your future role: Technical Product Owner / Project Manager (m/w/x) – Focus AI

You will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of technical projects. Are you enthusiastic about collaborating with cross-functional teams? Do you enjoy managing project timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations? Great! Among other things, you will master these tasks in your job as a Technical Product Owner / Project Manager:

responsible for the product strategy, the vision of the product, and requirements engineering
primary interface between Innovation Management, our customers and the development team
support customers and coordinate the implementation of demanding implementation projects
have the necessary resources and tools in view
recognize the time to adapt processes, professionalize them or introduce new processes and feel responsible for doing so
by creating and presenting regular status reports of the projects / products, you receive feedback, can define concrete next goals and design the roadmap accordingly
your structured work is an important contribution to our sustainable and international growth

completed a technical degree and can demonstrate concrete experience in software engineering, product development or technical project management
very familiar with agile project management according to Scrum and you know how complex software systems must be planned in order to be successful
knowledge of Jira and Confluence (or similar tools) and actively use them for planning projects / products
convince with your solution-orientation and approach challenges in a structured and proactive manner
open, focused and results-oriented personality makes it easy for you to actively contribute to the team
play a key role in shaping craftworks’ success story and continuously develop yourself
very good knowledge of German and English
