Frederick Klinser Behind the scenes at craftworks

Joining craftworks was not an easy decision. What made it so difficult is that, from the outside, tech-companies all look pretty identical. Fruit baskets, flexible working hours, a foosball table, and the mythical company culture. The problem is that while many employers highlight their culture, they see it primarily as a strategy to attract employees that’s cheaper than raising wages.

What sets craftworks apart is its sincere commitment to not only its culture, but also to every single person, and – most importantly – to excellence in foosball.

You see evidence of this everywhere. Just a few days after I signed my contract, before I started working and long before I finished my trial period, I was invited on the company vacation. I was already part of the team.

At craftworks you are valued not just as an employee. Once you join craftworks, you are a respected member of the team, regardless of your role in it.
